Guess who's having the best! week! ever!

ME!!!

This happened on Monday:



In the grips of an internal struggle. "It's so close I could touch it, but I won't, but I want to, but I won't"




Oh yeah, and Jon was there. We swam with it for over a half-hour. It would be no exaggeration to say it was one of the highlights of my life.

A BLUE BEAD. I finally found a blue bead!!! After only a year and a half of looking.



I can now die happy.

    I'm thrilled that a child of mine is so excited to swim with a sea turtle. What an adventure! Great pics too. Animal lovers make good people. (The blue bead is pretty neat too.)

    How did you not touch it? Gah. Those photos make me want to crawl through the screen and touch it! Happy about the blue bead--- nice timing!

    I'd heard that they are really prone to bacteria and that touching them can cause disease, but now in researching that, it seems it might not be true. Still, I didn't want to scare it away. Plus, hawksbill turtles are an endangered species. So I refrained.
